As a Commis Chef, you will need to have successfully completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. You will also need excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for food.

Other requirements include holding valid working rights in Australia (at least 6 months), having an open Australian driver licence (manual essential for some roles), and being able to proactively keep up to date with current trends.
