experienced Legal Secretary
(3+ years) to join their dynamic Canberra office.
The Role:
This
full-time position
currently supports
one Partner plus a Senior Associate,
with an additional Partner joining in 2026. You'll work closely with another PA to ensure smooth operations and provide high-quality administrative support across the areas of Corporate, Litigation and International Arbitration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document formatting and file management
* Email and calendar coordination
* Billing and time-entry assistance
* Business development administration support
* Drafting routine correspondence for lawyer review
* Finalising documents in firm brand and style before distribution
