This role will develop strong partnerships with government agency, community leaders, government stakeholders, NGOs, and clients to deliver housing assistance through approved services and programs. Key Responsibilities: Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly, ensuring adherence to service standards. Collaborate with housing providers on strategic programs and oversee client outcomes related to property transfers. Act as the local government agency representative, fostering effective relationships with the agency, community leaders, and clients to address their needs and build partnerships. Participate in community-building programs and government initiatives aimed at enhancing community participation and strengthening communities. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in client relationship management or community engagement roles. Background in housing/property is desired Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously.
