We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Owning and growing a dynamic book of business by managing a diverse portfolio of SMB accounts and balancing retention, adoption, and new revenue opportunities.
* Driving adoption and expansion by increasing product engagement, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across your accounts.
* Prioritizing for impact by segmenting your accounts and developing tailored Account Plans for high-propensity prospects.
* Prospecting with purpose by running persona-based and vertical-specific outbound motions targeting self-serve and white-space accounts.
* Converting inbound demand by qualifying and closing opportunities generated by marketing and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams.
* Running the full sales cycle from discovery and solution mapping to negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.
* Forecasting with accuracy by maintaining weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts with a high degree of precision.
* Collaborating for success by partnering with Sales Programs, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute coordinated plays and deliver a best-in-class customer journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year of closing experience in a high-velocity sales motion or strong Sales Development experience with quota attainment.
* The ability to consistently meet or exceed targets in previous roles.
* Comfortable operating in a product-led or sales-assisted model.
* Skill in targeting by persona, industry, and use case to generate high-quality pipeline.
* The ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and clearly articulate value propositions.
* Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; discipline in pipeline management and forecasting.
* An understanding of the SMB buyer journey and the ability to tailor messaging to resonate with different functions.
* The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, learn quickly, and proactively seek out opportunities to improve.
* Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
