Financial Operations Assistant
This exciting opportunity will provide critical support to a valued client within a collaborative Corporate Services team.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations, managing tasks independently while working collaboratively with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Support payroll processes and ensure timely payments.
* Perform bank and financial reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate financial records.
* Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with the Corporate Services team to ensure efficient finance operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident in using financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
