As a Banking Consultant in Retail Banking, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience through meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available.
About the Role
This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ. Banking is changing and we're changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
1. Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
2. Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
3. Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
4. Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
5. Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
6. Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
What Will You Bring?

* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
