Your new role
In this leadership role, you will oversee all branch operations while driving performance, commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a high‑performance team aligned to company values
Ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery of quality outcomes
Managing financial performance including revenue, EBITDA, margins and expenses
Overseeing quotes, tenders and commercial decisions under delegated authority
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and maximising sales opportunities
Implementing strategic plans to drive branch growth and improve business performance
Ensuring compliance with HSE, governance and quality standards
Managing hire fleet assets, utilisation, appearance and associated costs
Driving continuous improvement and supporting change initiatives
Collaborating with internal corporate teams and SMEs to support branch success
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience leading and managing teams autonomously
Demonstrated ability to deliver profitable growth and strong commercial outcomes
Minimum 5 years' experience in senior sales or middle management roles (construction industry highly regarded)
Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability
Experience leading change and fostering a high‑performance culture
Solid negotiation, customer service and relationship‑building skills
Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems
A positive, professional and collaborative leadership style
