Are you an efficient data entry professional with previous experience looking for an opportunity to contribute to vital government operations? Randstad are seeking dedicated Data Entry Officers for short-term contracts within various State Government departments. This will require high attention to details, flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* $37.63 per hour + Superannuation
* Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
* Short term contracts with immediate commencement
The Role
You'll be responsible for performing high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and speed. Your key duties will include:
* Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
* Managing and updating database records to ensure data integrity.
* Maintaining and correcting errors within company data management systems and Excel spreadsheets.
About You
* Proven previous experience in high-volume data entry is essential.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in data management systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
* Must hold a Police Clearance within 12 months
