Important Note About Airport Working Hours
Because this role is based at Sydney International Airport, please note:
* Airport trade hours start earlier than standard retail
* Operations also finish later, depending on flight schedules
* Flexibility across early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and peak travel periods is essential
* All team members must hold valid airport passes and comply with airport security protocols

What You'll Do
Leadership & Customer Experience
* Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest service
* Uphold Läderach's premium brand standards in product display, sampling, and customer engagement
Operational Excellence
* Coordinate daily store operations and floor leadership
* Support Back-of-House (BOH), including receiving stock, replenishment, stockroom maintenance, and inventory accuracy
* Ensure compliance with WHS, airport requirements, and food safety standards
Sales & Performance
* Support the Store Manager in driving KPIs and sales outcomes
* Coach team members on product knowledge, upselling techniques, and service expectations
Scope of the Role
The ASM supports the Store Manager with:
* Daily floor operations
* BOH organisation
* Ensuring brand and operational standards
* Supporting WHS requirements
Strategic decision-making, recruitment, and performance management remain under the Store Manager's authority.
