Our organization is seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.
* Schedule, plan, and coordinate assessments, including travel arrangements and pre- and post-assessment activities.
* Communicate with auditors regarding audit coordination as needed.
* Liaise with the technical review team as necessary.
* Experience performing general administrative duties.
* Able to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Team player who can collaborate with our Certification Team.
* Knowledge of certification is highly desirable but not necessary.
