Client Services Coordinator – Drive (Nine) – South Melbourne, VIC
Drive is Nine's brand appealing to the automotive enthusiast.
Working with our industry leaders you will help us achieve our vision, to shape the future of automotive in Australia by providing authoritative reviews, detailed comparisons, and innovative commerce solutions.
Day to day you will:
Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during the pre-sales phase.
Manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across various teams.
Act as the key liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients.
Manage campaign assets and promptly address client change requests.
Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle.
What you'll bring:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
A solid grasp of digital media and the client/media agency relationship.
The ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to planning and organising tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience with ad technologies and platforms like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce (desirable).

Digital Publishing Coordinator

Day to day you will:
Manage and adjust content schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare content, including video and commercial assets, for publishing.
Update and manage content plan changes through a centralised process.
Execute SEO improvements, asset sweating, and content amplification across social media and syndication channels.
Create and maintain a pre-publishing checklist to ensure all content meets brand and safety standards.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on SEO, amplification, and syndication performance.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
Advanced Adobe Suite skills, particularly in Photoshop.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and oral communication.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SEO and content management systems like WordPress is highly desirable.
A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for digital publishing.

The Role

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:
Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role.
Excellent client management and relationship development skills.
An operational mindset for event planning, client and supplier management, bump in, event execution, bump out and post-event administration.

Ability to plan, implement and execute sales strategies and business development plans.
