**The role**
Reporting to the Consumer Support Manager, this role focuses on reviewing data from the recently implemented Chatbot function on the company website.
**Main duties**:
- Compiling and reviewing daily and historical Chatbot data to find areas for improvement
- Reporting on Chatbot performance and provide feedback to Consumer Support Manager
- Locating relevant articles and support information across the company's global websites, including Australia, America, and Europe's support pages based on Chatbot activity
- Identifying missing articles/support pages and provide feedback to the team
- Writing new articles to supplement existing database
- Obtain and supply documents and information as requested in a timely manner, when required.
- Recognise, document, and alert the Consumer Support Manager of trends in customer chats
Based in Scoresby, the role is a temporary 3-month contract. Working Monday to Friday, with shifts between 9 am - 5 pm. Secure and free parking is available on-site; fantastic break room facilities are also available.
**Skills/Experience required to succeed**:
- At least 1+ year of administration/data entry experience
- Strong computer literacy and able to efficiently learn new technologies
- Strong technical knowledge of entertainment products / software is desirable
- Strong technical writing skills, and excellent reviewing and editing skills, with demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
