Junior Office Administrator | Immediate Start
Mussi Electrical are a highly reputable electrical company who service in residential, commercial and industrial installations within Southeast QLD.
THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a junior office administrator for a full time role in a fun, relaxed and close team environment located in Hnedra, Brisbane.
Candidates must have unrestricted Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
Responsibilities
* Data Entry (basic knowledge of MYOB and XERO would be highly regarded - training shall be provided if required for right candidate)
* Administration assistance with accounts receivable/payable tasks
* Collating weekly timesheets for payroll
* Answer the phone, direct calls, callbacks, log messages and jobs
* Using proprietary software – Outlook, Word, Excel and in-house programmes
* Banking
* Reporting
* Record keeping/filing/ scanning and archiving documentation
* Assess and process progress claims / invoices
* Evaluation and agreement of variations
* Provide assistance to other team members
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will have some administrative experience, attention to detail, be highly organised and attentive, have a professional approach and the ability to engage and build relationships with a range of people/stakeholders. Have problem solving and computer skills, and the ability to work in a proactive manner, training will be provided.
A minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience is required for this role.
