What You'll Be Doing: Leading a talented design team across all creative output — from concept to execution — across brand identity, packaging, and communication.
Championing insight-led design, driving relevance, emotional impact, and craft excellence.
Collaborating with Strategy, Operations, and Client Services to ensure projects are well-resourced, strategically sound, and delivered at the highest standard.
Mentoring and developing mid-weight and senior designers, while fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and curiosity.
Overseeing workflow and resource planning in partnership with the Head of Operations.
Occasionally contributing hands-on to maintain creative quality and guide key projects.
Heading up the agency's award submission process and helping elevate its creative reputation.
Representing the studio at industry events, forums, and thought leadership initiatives.
What You Bring: 15+ years of experience in branding and packaging design, having come from a similar design agency.
Proven experience leading creative teams in an agency environment, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
Outstanding conceptual and strategic thinking, paired with refined design execution.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and guide high-level creative conversations.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac-based); familiarity with Google Suite and Miro a bonus.
Calm, curious, collaborative, and commercially astute.
Passionate about meaningful design, inclusive leadership, and using creativity to make a positive impact.
