* Ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
* Empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development
* Work collaboratively with other Concession Managers and Cluster Leaders

Attributes You Possess
* A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
* Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail environments or similar businesses
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters
* Experience managing large teams and developing their performance and productivity
* Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
