Your new role: As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership to support effective patient flow and bed management across the health service. * Coordinate and manage patient flow, bed allocation and access pathways in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. * Provide expert clinical leadership and decision-making to support safe, efficient care delivery and achievement of key performance indicators. * Support clinical redesign, data analysis and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow outcomes.
