* Assist in menu development, ordering, stock control and cost management

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Experience as a Chef in a supervisory role
* Passion for plant-based cuisine and nutrition

* Strong understanding of food safety and compliance
