Salary:
* $70,000 – $83,000 per year (full-time equivalent)
* Approximately $34 – $40 per hour, depending on experience.
* Daily commission bonus.
Signing Bonus:
* $1,000 sign-on bonus (subject to conditions)
Referral Bonus:
* $100 referral bonus if you recommend a barber who is hired and stays for more than 3 months

What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
Please note: This position is open to candidates currently based in Australia (preferably Tasmania) and available to start work locally. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from candidates who are currently overseas.
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Barbering, or have at least 3 years full-time experience
* Are confident with classic cuts, modern styles, skin fades, beard trims, and shaves
* Hairdressers with strong barbering skills are very welcome and highly valued
* Take pride in their work and enjoy delivering great customer service
* Work well in a team and contribute positively to the shop environment
* Are reliable, motivated, and professional
Strong skills and experience will be rewarded accordingly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General Duties
* Deliver top-notch barbering services: haircuts with clippers and scissors, beard grooming, hot towels, and straight razor shaves.
* Keep your workstation spotless: clean and sanitize tools after each client.
* Handle cash transactions, process sales, and ensure the till balances daily.
Customer Service
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and offer personalized styling advice.
* Promote and sell grooming products, wax, pomade, beard oil.
Mentoring & Teamwork
* Mentor and train junior barbers in both technical skills and customer service.
* Assist your teammates, especially during those busy rush hours.
Health & Safety
* Follow workplace health and safety regulations.
* Report any hazards, faulty equipment, or workplace issues to management promptly.
