Overview
Customer service role at Repco, focusing on creating moments that matter for customers in a retail & trade environment. This casual role requires WEEKEND availability; some Weekday shifts may be available. We aim to ensure each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
Responsibilities
* Provide genuine service and contribute to positive sales performance
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards
* Process stock; receive, dispatch and store
* Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative team member and contribute to a positive team culture
* Maintain a safety focus to ensure your safety and that of teammates and customers
* Lift, bend and climb as required by the role
Qualifications
* No industry knowledge required; open to applicants without previous experience
* Weekends availability is required
* Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing)
