Role:
Kempe Engineering Brisbane has experienced unprecedented growth in their Berrinba workshop field service and repairs division. They require the services of an experienced Internal Sales / Workshop Administrator to assist the Operation Manager with the day to day running of our teams and repair workshop.
Job Tasks and responsibilities:
* Generating and administration of Purchase Orders
* Manage workshop supplier relationships to support the timely completion of work (sourcing of spare parts & specialist services)
* Daily communication with clients on their current job progress or planned works
* Processing of Delivery Dockets / Vendor invoices
* Weekly Processing of Invoices
* Daily Workshop Timesheet entry/ validation/ reconciliation
* Support daily safety processes and protocols
* Prepare weekly and monthly business reports & KPI's
* General Administration and electronic filing
* Fulltime Office Based
The person we are seeking will require the following:
* Cert IV Business Administration or similar (desirable)
* Previous experience in an Engineering/ Mechanical/Automotive service repair workshop environment
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Workshop/ repair service
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
* Strong communication & organizational skills
* Familiar with MS Office suite
* Be accurate and detailed
* Be well organised
* Be personable and enjoy working with others
