Role
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction sites from site start through to handover. You'll coordinate trades, ensure site safety, maintain build quality, and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate all in office construction activities
* Manage multiple job sites simultaneously
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Liaise with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain build schedules
* Provide regular updates and communication to clients
* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
* Drive timely project delivery and uphold high standards of workmanship
Requirements
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (mandatory)
* Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
