This role will suit an experienced Contracts Administrator looking to further develop their commercial capability while building a pathway toward Project Management. With experienced senior leadership and strong systems in place, the business continues to secure negotiated and repeat work across a diverse project portfolio. Your Projects Projects typically range across: Commercial developments Retail projects Private education facilities Social housing apartment developments You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and Site Teams from procurement through to project delivery and close out. Your Responsibilities Management of procurement and subcontractor packages Cost control and financial management across projects Preparation of cost reports and forecasting Contract administration and variation management Progress claims and subcontractor management Supporting delivery teams to achieve programme and financial outcomes Building and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships Your Experience 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction Experience working across commercial, retail, education or multi-residential projects $5m - $30m in value Strong understanding of cost reporting and project forecasting Ability to manage project costs and protect margin outcomes Experience using Jobpac or similar construction management software Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ambition to progress toward Project Management in the future Your Career This is an opportunity to join a builder that genuinely invests in its people and promotes internally.
