This is a well-established, growing Sunshine Coast firm looking to bring on a Junior / Intermediate Accountant due to continued client demand.
Ideal for a graduate or undergraduate accountant with exposure to public practice, this role offers hands-on experience, structured support, and genuine career progression early on.
THE ROLE
You’ll work closely with a Tax Manager, gaining exposure to a broad client base across individuals, SMEs, and more complex structures.
Expect a mix of:
* Tax compliance (IAS, BAS, financials & returns)
* Exposure to tax planning and advisory work
* Working across a diverse and established client base
* Ongoing development and mentorship from senior staff
WHAT YOU BRING
* 1+ years experience in public practice
* Accounting/Commerce degree (completed or in progress)
* CA/CPA commenced or keen to start
* Exposure to business services & tax
* Good communication skills (non-negotiable)
