Aimee Provence is a luxury High Tea Parlour located in the heart of Buderim, known for its elegant atmosphere, exceptional service, and beautifully styled high teas. We're looking for a vibrant, detail-oriented team member to join our front-of-house team as we head into our busy Christmas season.
About the Role
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a passion for creating memorable experiences. You'll be assisting with high tea service, styling tables to perfection, preparing beverages, and supporting our team during events and catering functions.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
* Strong barista and cocktail-making skills (essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
* Flexibility to work weekends and additional shifts during busy seasonal periods.
* Previous experience in catering or event service is highly regarded.
* Your role includes greeting guests, taking tea and coffee orders, and ensuring each table is styled to perfection. You'll assist with food preparation, support catering and event setups, and maintain the elegant presentation our venue is known for. Weekend availability is essential, and additional hours will be available during the busy Christmas season.
