Contract Type: Permanent/Ongoing Position, Part Time (0.75 FTE)

Ongoing part-time VET Electrotechnology Teacher role delivering hands-on training and mentoring students in an established school program. The position supports the Electrotechnology VET program, currently in its third year of operation.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the Electrotechnology Training Package within the VET program, focusing on relevant Certificate II qualifications.
* Ensure the program meets industry standards and engage students through practical, hands-on training.
* Create a positive learning environment that supports student participation and growth.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to help students navigate their educational and career pathways.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) with experience in the electrotechnology industry, or an experienced VET Teacher in the field.
* Experience working with young people (trainees, apprentices, or students).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across the school community.
* Collaborative mindset to enhance program offerings and student outcomes.
* Organised, proactive, and committed to student success with enthusiasm for guiding students.
* Understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission and values of St Patrick's College as a Catholic school.
