Marketing Coordinator Role Overview
This role supports multiple brands and offers genuine variety across campaign development, digital channel management, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and optimize digital content - including social media strategies, paid campaigns, SEO-focused copywriting, EDMs (Mailchimp), and website updates.
* Manage community engagement and brand reputation - respond to online feedback, monitor sentiment, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
* Produce and edit creative assets - photo, video, and basic graphic design to support campaigns and communications.
* Analyze and report on performance - use data insights to inform and refine marketing activities.
* Collaborate across teams and with external partners - work with colleagues, agencies, media, and suppliers to deliver campaigns.
* Support marketing planning and development - contribute ideas, manage creative briefs, and coach others in content creation.
Requirements:
Experience in marketing coordination, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
