Key Responsibilities: As an integral part of our recruitment team your main duties will include: Sourcing and onboarding candidates for a variety of opportunities Running individual and group interviews (online and/or face-to-face) Ensuring all documentation, pre-employment checks, compliance checks, inductions and training are completed and recorded Partnering with clients to deeply understand their recruitment needs and challenges (no sales required!)
