Act as the first point of contact across chat, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and personable support. Support customers throughout their journey, from initial queries to securing education fee funding. Handle customer concerns with clarity and care, following up to ensure each issue is fully resolved. Develop and maintain expert product knowledge, communicating features and benefits in an easy-to-understand way. Oversee payment arrangements with empathy and flexibility, while working cross-functionally to enhance processes. You To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the below areas and possess the below personal qualities: Degree qualified in business, finance, accounting or a related degree. Minimum 2 years experience working within the financial services sector, ideally in lending, sales or customer service Excellent communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts over the phone. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures. The ability to adapt to change with ease and be resilient to cope with challenging tasks.
