Job Description
Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.
Provide outstanding patient care and assist with medical letters, finances, and reporting.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner and fulfill delegated responsibilities from clinicians.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
