Job Title:
Safety Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a proactive approach to health, safety and environmental monitoring throughout the project.
* Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental protocols.
* Identify and report potential hazards to the Site Safety Manager in a timely manner.
* Assist in developing and implementing health, safety and environmental training programs.
* Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of health, safety and environmental data.
* Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration among team members.
* Lead by example in promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in health, safety and environmental management.
* Degree in occupational health and safety or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
