In this role, you will:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Real Estate Manager/Director.
* Assist the Trust Team with reconciliations, incoming and outgoing payments.
* Manage advertising invoices, ensuring payments and recoveries are processed accurately.
* Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, regulations, and professional/ethical standards.
* Work proactively and independently, with flexibility in response to business needs.
* Oversee property management processes including rent receipting and end-of-month dispersals.
* Support the Sales Team with appointment documents, sales contracts, and commission processing.
* Prepare marketing proposals and comparative market analyses.
* Coordinate and design advertising content across print and social media platforms.
* Review and streamline current processes to improve efficiency.
* Manage Real Estate & Auctioneering licence renewals and enrolments for training courses.
* Take ownership of administration, processing, trust accounting, licensing, commission payments, advertising, and marketing for Nutrien Harcourts GDL.
* Lead and manage the GDL Real Estate support team to deliver outstanding operational outcomes.
