Lead Business Analyst - Trading and Financial Systems
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team in driving business analysis for multi-asset trading, order management, and regulatory reporting workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in API integration, Swagger, Postman, SQL, and UI understanding, as well as trading domain expertise in equities, funds, corporate actions, stock loss, superannuation/trading optimisation.
Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to gather and document business objectives, translating BA deliverables into actionable requirements for Scrum Teams, and supporting front-, middle-, and back-office processes.
* Lead business analysis for multi-asset trading, order management, corporate actions, settlement, custody, and regulatory reporting workflows
* Engage with clients to gather and document business objectives and detailed requirements, turning them into user stories and technical specifications
* Translate BA deliverables into actionable requirements for Scrum Teams, including developers, testers, and product owners
* Support front-, middle-, and back-office processes such as equities, fund trading, corporate actions, stock loss management, and superannuation investment optimisation
Required Skills:
Strong technical skills in API integration, Swagger, Postman, SQL, and UI understanding
Trading domain expertise in equities, funds, corporate actions, stock loss, superannuation/trading optimisation
Agile/Scrum delivery experience with excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
