Retail Assistant Store Manager – Prospect
A permanent part‑time role with Store hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. You will help keep our Prospect Op Shop running smoothly and customer focused.
Responsibilities
* Help support volunteer teams and keep our Prospect store running smoothly
* Drive sales and customer service to hit targets
* Train, coach, and inspire volunteers to create a fun, cohesive team
* Keep the store looking sharp and welcoming, while managing stock and daily operations
* Act as the go‑to problem solver when challenges pop up
Requirements
* Retail and customer service experience (bonus points if you’ve led a team)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A knack for building relationships and motivating others
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves—whether it’s moving stock or troubleshooting IT
* A valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check
