**The Role**

**Responsibilities**

Duties within the role will include but not be limited to:

- Managing exec leadership team diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
- Supporting finance administration and accounts including managing expenses and processing accounts payable invoices
- Coordinating board meetings, collating, and distributing board documents
- Supervising and overseeing day-to-day operations of office, facilities, and equipment
- Planning and scheduling office events, meetings, conferences, interviews, and training
- Preparing letters, presentations, minutes, action lists and reports as required
- Coordinating company-wide insurance policy updates
- Project coordination
- Facilities management
- CRM and database management
- Invoicing/Expenses
- Handling confidential matters
- Event coordination
- Floor warden duties
- 5 years + in a similar EA/Office management role
- Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced in MS Suite, outlook, Mailchimp, WordPress and SharePoint highly desired
- Solution focused and proactive nature
- Resilient and able to push back when required
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Able to work autonomously and make decisions effectively.
