* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, handling client inquiries, and ensuring the seamless coordination of support services.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to management and support staff.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate client records and assist with NDIS documentation and compliance.
4. Manage scheduling, rostering, and appointments for support workers and clients.
5. Process invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping tasks (if required).
6. Ensure all administrative processes align with NDIS guidelines and business policies.
7. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance documentation.
8. Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and other general administrative duties.
