About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared vision focused on achieving high-quality learning outcomes for all students, and deputise when required.
Model values-based, ethical leadership while embedding socially just and inclusive practices across the school.
Promote and maintain high standards for student achievement and staff performance.
Engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, while fostering strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and business.
Take a strategic, future-focused approach by understanding relevant legislation and policies and effectively managing resources to achieve school goals.
