• Supervise and lead small civil crews.
• Coordinate daily site activities.
• Assist with earthworks, drainage and subdivision works.
• Ensure site safety and productivity standards are maintained.
• Work alongside operators and labourers.
• Read and follow site plans and supervisor directions.
• Perform general hands‐on civil construction duties as required.

• Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes.
• White Card (essential).
• Roller tickets and operating experience (essential).
• Loader tickets and operating experience (essential).
• Reliable transport.
• Strong leadership skills.

• $47–$50PH.
