**The Position**
We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Cleaning Supervisor to join our remote team at Moomba Village in the Cooper Basin. You will work with our professional remote kitchen and housekeeping teams who strive to create a working environment that provides job satisfaction and creates opportunities for advancement.
You will be working a 2 week on 1 week off roster across 10 hours a day.
Your key duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing and supervising of the village cleaning team
- Assist cleaning the site crib rooms and general site cleaning
- Maintain positive relationships with the client
- Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
**The Person**
You'll be perfect for this role if you have:
- Previous industrial cleaning experience in a similar industry
- Previous management experience leading teams
- Remote work experience preferable
- Basic computer skills
- Manual Driver's Licence is essential
- Strong food safety and general safety focus
- A team player with the ability to multi-task in a busy kitchen environment
- Exceptional personal presentation & flexible "can do" attitude
- Willingness to complete 4WD training course and drive in remote locations
