Join Geelong Regional Library Corporation as a Library Officer (Multiple Roles)
Band 3, $66,533 - $70,765, plus 12% superannuation.
We have three Library Officer roles available.
* One permanent part-time role at Apollo Bay and Colac – (0.4 FTE working 28 hours per fortnight).
* Two permanent roles at Geelong Library, one is full-time – (140 working ours over a four-week period) and the other one is part-time (0.6 FTE working 84 hours over a four-week period).

About the role:
As a Library Officer, you'll contribute to delivering excellent library services, connecting with the community, and helping us create a welcoming, engaging, and inspiring library experience for everyone.
Key activities that you'll be doing:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse community, ensuring every visitor feels valued.
* Deliver fun and interactive programs like Early Literacy Programs, Book Chats, and more.
* Help keep the library engaging, organised and welcoming by supporting collection maintenance, shelving materials, and creating eye-catching displays.
* Be a key contributor by providing suggestions to inform the development of library policies, initiatives, and procedures, with a focus on continually improving the user experience.
* Share your love for books by recommending fantastic reads and helping others explore our library's collection.
* Collaborate with a passionate team to ensure the library runs smoothly and fosters a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
