We are launching our next Supported Independent Living (SIL) Home in the South West (Bunbury) and are looking for an exceptional Team Leader and passionate Disability Support Workers to help us set the standard from day one.

About the Opportunity
This is more than a support role. This is your chance to:

Disability Support Workers
* Lead, mentor and support a team of disability support workers
* Oversee daily operations of the SIL home
* Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards
* Implement person-centred support plans
* Promote independence, dignity, and community participation
* Liaise with families, guardians, and allied health professionals
* Foster a positive and accountable team culture
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality daily living support
* Assist with personal care (where required)
* Support skill development and independence
* Facilitate community access and social participation
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
* Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Supported Independent Living or complex disability support – 6-12 months relevant experience
* Certificate III in Individual Supports (Disability & Aged Care) or relevant industry (Health, Aged Care and Disability)
* Strong understanding of person-centred practice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
* Current First Aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check (if required)
* Valid driver's licence
Team Leader Role
* Previous leadership or senior support experience
* Confidence in managing staff performance and compliance
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
