Our customer operates over 15 venues across Regional Country towns in New South Wales. From local pubs to high-end restaurants, you can get the real Aussie experience living and breathing the country air with this one leading hospitality group.
They are looking for amazing people across their venues with skills and experience in hospitality, tourism, food and beverage who live and breath guest experience passion. Once you are part of the family, you can even move between venues and experience the country or the coast.

Experience working in a Great pub hotel in regional Australia with a country local feel, friendly locals and a great atmosphere. Live music and a variety of roles to keep you busy and build your experience.
Our customer is seeking a qualified and experienced chef to join the Kitchen staff in the Bistro.
The Chef's role forms part of the Kitchen team, and is responsible in delivering high-level operational standards.
This role will require you to prepare and cook food in accordance with set requirements and regulations. You will be required to work with other staff members to deliver food in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
* To be considered for the job you should have:
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Positive approach to change and desire to learn new skills
* Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets and current trends and make appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly.
* Ensure the highest standards of personal presentation, hygiene and conduct in accordance with the hotels standards
* Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery Experience
* At least 3 years commercial cooking experience at a Commis, Demi or Chef de Partie level
* Proven experience working in the hospitality industry
* Relevant experience in a similar role

Availability and Benefits
* Working hours 24 - 40 hours per week
* Work daytime, evenings, weekends and public holidays
* Valid Working Holiday Visa
* Hourly gross wages $32.00
* Payment is done per week

You can fly into Sydney. Griffith is six hours' drive from Sydney, you can also go by train or bus.
You can stay at any Hostel or get shared accommodation. Hostels go for between $150-200 per week and rooms in shared accommodation go for $200-350 per week.
