Our client, a renowned global SaaS provider, is revolutionising customer experiences through their leading marketing automation platforms and innovative AI solutions. This well-established company is continuing its growth in Sydney and APAC region, so we are urgently recruiting an exciting opportunity in Sales Finance as a Desk Deal Analyst.
Playing an integral role in this high performing team, you will be the trusted partner to the Sales teams and ensure deals are structured, communicated, and approved in alignment with company policies and stakeholder expectations.

You will be:
* Handling first line approvals for deal approval process, structuring complex sales transactions, further reduce sales cycles and accelerate deal closure.
* Manage day-to-day contract creation and deal approval workflows
* Partnering with a wide range of teams across the business to drive deal closure and ensure contractual/operational compliance.
* Provide timely in-quarter deal status updates and assist with reporting and insights and provide recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue role preferred in a tech company
* Familiar with Salesforce, quoting tools (e.g. CPQ) and Microsoft Office
* Must have passion to work for a tech company
* Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
