An opportunity to define the organisations Risk strategy while shaping the function as the first hire within the Risk team.
3 days onsite with flexible start/finish
A unique opportunity for someone to join a Sydney based firm with a global presence operating across 50 markets to lead and develop their risk function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Developing and implementing the risk frameworks and procedures
Develop and advise senior leadership on risk strategies
Design, implement and manage the risk management policies including security policies (including 3rd parties)
Prepare and present risk management reports to the Board.
Conducting regular risk audits
Skills and Experience
Strong Enterprise Risk Management experience ideally coming from a non-regulated workplace e.g. construction, FMCG, manufacturing
Familiarity around IT risk principles.
Strong presentation and communication skills demonstrated
Excellent stakeholder engagement
