Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Market Development Executive to drive the sales and growth of our businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and trade partners.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Manage the relationship with distributors and retailers to secure orders and promote products
* Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and product offerings for both distributors and retailers
* Monitor sales data and track performance against forecasts
* Collaborate on quarterly business reviews and long-range planning inputs
* Develop brand management plans across all customer touchpoints (social, in-store, online)
* Support licensors in activations and ensure internal approvals
Requirements:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Experience in commercial discussions, promotional planning, and retail activations
* Knowledge of the ANZ market and its trends
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
