As a Personal Banker, you will: Drive your development with support from your leader through maintaining an active development plan in Suncorp's Success program to build performance and learning opportunities Work collaboratively within the team and the wider Suncorp functions to achieve our strategies Support and educate customers on how to use our digital platforms for personal banking, empowering them to self-serve with online banking features Provide support for digital onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers to make the most of their banking Act in the best interests of customers by executing our connect conversation framework Make the right decisions
