We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contract administration, procurement and commercial management. They will work closely with project and site managers to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tendering and procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
* Head contract and subcontract administration
* Management of RFIs, EOTs, variations and scope changes
* Document and drawing control
* Cost reporting and budget tracking
* General office and project administration
* Support WHS compliance and subcontractor onboarding
* Collaborate across multiple projects and teams
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar Contract Administrator role
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field
* Exposure to residential and commercial construction projects (preferred)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction cost control systems
* Strong understanding of procurement and construction processes
* Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
