About the Roles
Foreman Carpenter Role – You'll take ownership of Enduro's new in‑house carpentry team — bringing together trades, systems, and structure to deliver high‑quality, energy‑efficient homes. A genuine leadership opportunity for a carpenter with a desire to build better homes.
Leading Hand Carpenter – This role will work closely with the Foreman to coordinate and deliver high‑quality carpentry across a range of custom, high‑performance homes. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your work, lead small groups or apprentices, and ensure every task is delivered efficiently, safely, and to Enduro's exacting standards.
Apprentice Carpenter – Multiple Roles – You'll be hands‑on, working alongside experienced tradesmen and leaders on real, high‑performance homes from day one. You'll be part of an in‑house carpentry team that's setting new benchmarks for quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
