We are a leading Home Care Provider in Ardglen NSW 2338, looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $40 to $50, plus benefits including a car hire allowance, car provided, and training provided.
Responsibilities
* Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes
* Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
* Implementing individualized care plans and goals
* Promoting independence and community participation
* Building positive relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
* Fluency in Tamil language
* Experience working with individuals with Autism
* Full Australian driver\'s license
* Police check clearance
* Car ownership for travel to client homes
