Deliver procurement outcomes with global impact. A high-profile government program is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to support the refresh of critical security assets across international locations. This is a unique opportunity to apply your procurement expertise in a dynamic, security-focused environment.
Your New Role
As Procurement Officer, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to manage procurement activities for specialised equipment.
You'll:
* Provide advice and support across basic to complex procurement processes
* Prepare documentation including Approvals to Approach the Market, Evaluation Outcomes, and Contract Approvals
* Manage contracts and MOUs, including variations, disputes, and supplier negotiations
* Deliver high-level customer service and stakeholder engagement
* Ensure compliance with PGPA Act, CPRs, and internal governance frameworks
* Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and value for money
* Maintain corporate records and manage group mailboxes
What You'll Bring
* Minimum four years' experience in government procurement
* Strong understanding of PGPA Act and CPRs
* Experience in contract administration and supplier analysis
* Ability to provide policy advice and risk management support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* NV1 Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
