**Lead the operations of the Louisa Lawson Building, 25 Constitution Avenue, Canberra, a landmark A-Grade asset managed on behalf of Charter Hall.**

**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at the Louisa Lawson Building.

You’ll enjoy autonomy while being supported by a Senior FM, an engaged client, and a collaborative CBRE team.

Your focus: keep the building running seamlessly while delivering outstanding service to tenants.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Oversee hard and soft services, ensuring compliance and safety

+ Manage contractor performance across building operations and maintenance

+ Build trusted tenant relationships, responding quickly and proactively

+ Drive sustainability, energy and environmental initiatives

+ Manage budgets, reporting and compliance requirements

+ Champion service excellence and continuous improvement

+ Experience in facilities or property management (commercial assets preferred)

+ Strong technical knowledge of building operations and compliance
